This form is for the registration of volunteering for becoming a broadcaster/host within the Mentally Interrupted Community Network. This includes either Sports Commentary, Talk Show Host, or a Host on the main station. You can host on either Radio, TV or Both. All of these options are online. The only thing you need to do is fill this in, and we will get back to you asap!
